Your responses and results belong to your account. Inviting someone to review you does not give them access to your self-assessment or calibrated results.

Named, independent feedback

Reviewers see the role expectations and their own answers. Drafts stay private. Once submitted, their name, ratings, and written feedback are visible to you. Reviewers can withdraw their feedback.

Sharing is a choice

Share results with a specific person who signs in. Written reflections are excluded unless you choose to include them. Revoke access at any time. A link alone does not grant access.

Keeping and deleting results

Your existing results remain available when paid access ends. You can delete your assessment from your workspace, or your account from your profile. Deleting an assessment removes its invitations, submissions, and sharing grants.

Your newsletter subscription

Signing in subscribes you to the Top 1% Builder with Ravi newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing doesn’t affect your account, assessments, or feedback.

Assessment responses are not used in the scenario evaluation workflow.
